- In 2006, I became a licensed Realtor in Watertown, NY where I helped many Fort Drum Army Service Members and I learned a lot about VA and FHA loans.

- During the market crash of 2009 I became a short sale and foreclosure specialist. I helped many new investors become “flippers” and landlords using leveraging.

- Over the years I assisted a Real Estate Appraiser which taught me a lot about how to properly evaluate properties and what to expect when it’s appraisal time.

- In 2011, I sold real estate in Ontario, Canada which helped me understand different types of properties like high rises, townhomes, and condominiums.

- In 2015 my spouse and I fully renovated an abused foreclosure that was built in 1903 on rural acreage. That developed my love of rural real estate and nature.

- From 2017-2022 I diversified my knowledge into the financial, estate, and tax planning fields. This helps me better serve Retirees, POAs, and Executors.

- In 2022 I joined Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. We have the most Realtors and listings in the region. This means a far reaching web of local Realtors will know about your listing or purchase needs and chances are we have a buyer or seller for you.

I love selling Real Estate and live by the Golden Rule: treat others as I would expect to be treated. I only take on what I can handle; to offer you the best personalized client experience. Selling and buying a home is a big deal and I’ll be with you every step of the way. I offer help with staging, coordinating repairs and moves, and referrals to lawyers, lenders, and other resources you will need.
